Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — and what happens if something isn’t right.

Shipping

Free worldwide shipping

All Velo Atlas orders ship free, worldwide. No minimum order, no surprises at checkout. We’ve built the shipping cost into our pricing so you see the full price upfront.

How it works

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand partner with production facilities in Europe, North America, and beyond. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you, which keeps delivery times reasonable and reduces unnecessary transport.

Delivery times

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Once dispatched, delivery estimates are:

  • Europe — 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada — 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world — 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, local postal networks, and peak periods (holidays etc.) can all affect delivery times.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. If you haven’t received it within 6 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not something we control or can predict. Most orders fulfilled from a local Printful facility avoid this entirely, but it can happen on cross-border shipments.


Returns & Refunds

Made to order

Because every item is printed on demand when you order it, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind or size. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering — each product page includes a detailed size chart.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or is damaged in transit, we’ll sort it out. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@veloatlas.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong item received

If we (or Printful) sent you the wrong item, we’ll make it right immediately. Email us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll dispatch the correct item at no cost to you.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbours and your local delivery office. For packages confirmed lost in transit (not yet delivered), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
