About me
I'm the founder of Velo Atlas, a designer by profession, and an endurance cyclist at heart. Originally from Hungary and now based in Portugal, I spend my free time exploring gravel roads, planning bikepacking adventures, and lining up at ultra cycling events. Whether it's a weekend overnighter or a 1,000 km race, I'm always looking for the next adventure on two wheels.
Why I Created Velo Atlas
Like many riders, I found myself jumping between dozens of websites just to research a single event. One page had the route, another had had last year's information
I wanted one place where cyclists could discover events around the world, compare them side by side, and find the information they actually need before signing up. Velo Atlas started as a personal project to solve my own problem, and it has grown into a resource for riders who love pushing their limits on gravel, roads, and trails.
