Nordic Chase BER-CPH Road is a roughly 800-kilometre road point-to-point event from Berlin to Copenhagen, the tarmac companion to the gravel edition of the same route. Covering similar geography through northeastern Germany and Denmark on paved roads, this edition prioritises speed and efficiency over surface variety, making it the most accessible of the four Nordic Chase events for riders with a pure road background. The route follows quiet provincial roads rather than main highways, threading through small towns, coastal routes, and agricultural landscapes without the gravel detours of the off-road edition. Berlin to Copenhagen is a natural cycling corridor — the two cities are linked by flat geography and a strong cycling culture in both Denmark and eastern Germany — and the road edition allows riders to cover the distance faster, typically in 2 to 4 days of sustained riding. The June timing is the earliest of the Nordic Chase events, when the days are at their longest and the temperature in the Baltic region is warm without being oppressive.
